Order Confirmation

We will send you an email confirmation upon successful placing of your order. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card or Paypal account for the purchase. All items made available on our website are normally in stock however, if your item is on backorder or becomes unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email.


The Man Cave Choice offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all items shipped to continental US. If you need your order shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, shoot us an email at and we’ll see what we can do.

Orders are normally shipped within two to three (2-3) business days from the date of purchase. We use UPS, USPS, FedEx or Truck to ship our products. We will send you tracking information through email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Estimated transit time for the shipment from the time it is dispatched is 3-10 business days. 


The Man Cave Choice values our customers’ satisfaction the most. Therefore, we will do everything in our ability to satisfy your shopping experience.

If your item is sent wrong or damaged, you have 7 calendar days from the date you received it to request for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. You can either get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

If you’re simply unhappy about your purchase, you’re also allowed 7 days to return the item and get a full refund provided that it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. In this case, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning the item.

Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about it. If your return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will be automatically applied to the same credit card or Paypal account you used in placing the order.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, so get in touch with your bank or credit card company in case of late or missing refund. If after contacting your provider and you still have not received your refund, email us at
